What To Expect

It’s very hard to assess a case from the onset because you don’t know what the future is going to hold. If someone comes to me and they have a back injury and they don’t really treat it or they go back to work, then the circumstance have changed. If someone needs surgery or someone needs treatment for an extended period of time, it all depends (and these things) make it very difficult to give an accurate answer. Any attorney that’s giving you an accurate answer is just feeding you information because you want to hear it.

Insurance companies like to delay things. They like to keep their money in their own pockets whereas , obviously, my job is to expedite things and get things done as quickly as possible. In the New York court system it’s difficult to do because of the time lapse between court appearances and the various judges that you’re dealing with, but we do our best to make sure the cases are done as quickly as possible for the best result possible.
