David E. Paulstich

David E. Paulstich earned his Juris Doctorate from Touro Law Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2021. Prior to attending law school, David graduated from Pace University where he majored in Political Science. During his tenure in law school, David was a paralegal and law clerk with Greenberg & Stein, P.C. working alongside our trial attorneys. Since graduating from law school, David passed the February 2022 Bar Exam and now practices as a newly admitted attorney. Mr. Paulstich has ambitious and dynamic traits and has several years of experience working alongside our Personal Injury Trial Attorneys. He is currently responsible for overseeing lawsuits in the areas of automobile accidents and premises cases. Mr. Paulstich maintains a strong commitment to all our clients to ensure that they are provided professional legal representation.
