Attorney Joshua Stein Nominated & Approved as NYSTLA Officer

At Greenberg & Stein, P.C., we are committed to improving the lives of our clients by recovering financial compensation for their serious injuries. We also take an invested interest in the New York legal community and always look for new opportunities to build a stronger network of legal professionals that share our passion for helping others. One of our lawyers, Joshua Stein, was recently nominated and approved to serve as an officer for the New York State Trial Lawyers Association (NYSTLA). Attorney Stein will serve as the organization’s Deputy Treasurer.

The NYSTLA began more than 55 years ago when 20 New York attorneys decided to provide a discussion forum for plaintiff’s lawyers. In 1953, these attorneys created the New York Association of Plaintiff’s Trial Lawyers. Several years later, the organization established a small office. Over the past five and a half decades, the organization has grown into the current-day NYSTLA. The association now has more than 4,000 members and is dedicated to providing a voice for those who may not have an opportunity to speak for themselves: individuals who were injured by the carelessness or negligence of another person.

Attorney Stein earned his undergraduate degree from Boston University. After graduating in 1991, he continued his education at the Yeshiva University, Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Today, he serves clients as a personal injury lawyer in New York City, providing compassionate and effective legal guidance for accident victims and their families. If you or a loved one suffered a serious injury because of another’s carelessness, misconduct, or negligence, Greenberg & Stein, P.C. may be able to help you recover the financial compensation that you need and deserve.
